Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store in Florida. You will oversee hiring, directing and supervising team members to meet financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes joining a 3+ weeks leadership training program and ongoing mentorship to ensure your success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
