Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of home to store location as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Lead and motivate the team while upholding Panda standards and training.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
