Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our community-based fashion store teams. You will drive performance, maximise sales across physical and digital channels, and guide an inclusive team that embodies the BHF values.

The role is hands-on, fast-paced and requires flexibility to work across 7 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays. You will contribute to funding life-saving research and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role in retail, hospitality or service industry
• Experience in leading, motivating and developing teams
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Committed to achieving high retail standards
• Able to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of budgets and P&L

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance and maximise sales through physical and digital channels
• Motivate and develop a diverse team and uphold BHF values
• Balance daily operations with donations, deliveries and stock handling
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation
