You will hire, coach and motivate a team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists while delivering a high-energy, Omni-channel Oasis experience for every customer.

The role emphasizes coaching, shift planning, and accountability for sales, payroll and expenses, with a strong focus on customer service and risk management.

Qualifications

• Leads by example driving sales and KPI-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive store productivity in sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.

• Lead and train team to deliver Windsor’s Oasis experience.
• Ensure loss prevention and safety procedures are followed.
• Foster a culture of respect, coaching and continuous improvement.
