Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year of continuous store/retail management experience.
• 2 years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.

Aufgaben

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us.
• Maintain proactive operational excellence to manage expenses, drive sales and promotions, manage orders and inventory, schedule shifts, and monitor metrics.
• Support rollout of company initiatives and achieve store and district goals.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register, and perform other duties as needed.
