Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to deliver sales plan and company objectives.
• Develops the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.
• Drives sales by identifying opportunities to reach personal and store goals.
• Coaches, develops, mentors and inspires the team to enhance store performance.
• Builds relationships with customers and acts as a brand ambassador.
