Sunglass Hut MACYS is seeking a Store Manager to lead on the sales floor and guide the team in delivering The Sunglass Hut Experience. You will coach, develop and inspire associates to achieve top service standards and sales results, while ensuring brand integrity and product knowledge.

As an on-the-floor leader you will recruit and train staff, manage operations, and drive a high-energy, customer-focused environment that reflects the brand’s values and fashion-forward identity.

Qualifications

Leadership experience of 2+ years in retail.
Expertise in store operations and operational execution.
Detail-oriented with ability to drive consistent results.
Strong critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of policies.

Responsibilities

Lead on-the-floor and guide the team to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience.
Develop store strategies to achieve financial results and sales goals.
Coach, develop, mentor and inspire associates to be brand ambassadors.
Recruit, hire and train staff using onboarding tools to support growth.
Foster an engaging, inclusive work environment aligned with the brand.
