Pet Supermarket is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead one of our largest retail operations in Naples, FL. You will coach the team, uphold high service standards, protect assets, and drive sales growth while overseeing frontline operations in a dynamic pet-care environment.

You will manage sales initiatives, customer experience, inventory control, and training plans, while fostering community relationships and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a retail manager role or at least 1 year as a Store Manager.
• College degree is an asset.
• Must enjoy working with animals.

Responsibilities

• Sales leadership to meet KPIs and store performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers and the community to promote loyalty and service excellence.
