You will oversee operations, control expenses, hit sales targets, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail, 1 year in sales leadership, and a passion for hair and beauty.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
