Job summary

CosmoProf in Norfolk, Nebraska is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in the hair and beauty retail environment. You will drive customer experience, sales, and store operations, while mentoring staff and modeling excellent service.

The role requires at least 3 years in customer service/retail plus 1 year in sales management; operational and financial oversight; and a passion for hair and beauty. Cosmetology license is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience, inspire your team and ensure each customer receives a great, custom-fit solution.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budget, expenses, growth of sales and inventory.
• Protect customers, staff, and store assets by enforcing safety rules and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best at all times.
