Job summary

Our Client in North Pole, Alaska, seeks a hands-on Store Manager to own store operations and lead a large team of about 80 employees. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service across departments.

You will recruit, train, and performance-manage staff, oversee scheduling and labor projections, monitor cash handling, and enforce safety and policy compliance. This is an ownership role with daily floor presence and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5 years of retail experience preferred or equivalent combination with education
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word; able to learn new software

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations for a team of about 80 employees
• Drive sales and profitability while managing inventory and merchandising
• Ensure exceptional customer service across all departments
