Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking a Store Manager to maximize profitability by overseeing all store operations in line with company policies. You will lead staff, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling and training to achieve sales targets.

This full-time leadership role requires strong people skills, retail experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Alaska store environment. In-person work with competitive pay and benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with inventory control and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitability by managing all store operations.
• Direct, train and develop personnel.
• Schedule team members to meet labor projections.

• Oversee cash handling and daily cash reports.
