Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years retail experience preferred.
• Combination of post-secondary education and other related experience may be substituted for retail experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store profitability by managing all aspects of store operations.
• Provide exemplary customer service and satisfaction.
• Direct, train, and develop personnel and schedule staff.
• Ensure proper cash handling and daily cash reports.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and auditing processes.
• Schedule and supervise team members to meet labor projections.
• Lead and evaluate staff performance and conveyors actions as needed.
• Coordinate logistics with truck drivers and backroom processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
