Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Bal Harbour Village, FL is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead and coach a team of Sales Associates, achieving sales, service and operational targets in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

You will own the store's business plan, recruit and retain customers through in-store events and exceptional customer relationship management, and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
