Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead a team of Sales Associates, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage store operations in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

You will develop and execute a strategic business plan to recruit and retain customers, organize in-store events, and lead the team to achieve targets while ensuring outstanding customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with business planning, setting sales and service targets, and staff scheduling.
• Experience in retail operations including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation.
• Proven track record of leading a team to hit sales and service targets.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Willing to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Right to live and work in the country.
