• Able to relocate within a 27-store network.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve/exceed targets.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to sales associates.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and drive improvement.
• Engage with customers to close sales with expert advice.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Selling Store Manager to lead our sales team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This is a commission-only position, offering significant earning potential for a high-performing sales leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
