About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the total holistic omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to the store format, location, and global & regional strategies. You will lead the full store team to excel, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You will analyze sales data, follow up on results, and create plans to optimize performance and profits.

A Day in the Life

2. Ensuring a seamless OMNI customer experience, visual and commercial standards, and promoting customer loyalty and sustainability initiatives.

5. Identifying commercial opportunities and maintaining competitor awareness.
6. Overseeing store maintenance and administrative routines.

Fashion & Trend Awareness

Staying updated with fashion trends, styles, and competitors.

Providing product and fashion knowledge to the team and customers.

Team & Development
