About the Role

As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the total holistic omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to the store format, location, and global & regional strategies. You will lead the full store team to excel, create an inclusive culture promoting collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit, and analyze sales to optimize results and profits.

A Day in the Life

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but typical responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Sales & Profit
  2. Ensuring the omni customer experience, visual and commercial presentation, and representing the brand positively
  3. Analyzing sales and creating plans to meet goals
  4. Providing personal customer service and promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives
  5. Managing schedules, routines, and store maintenance cost-effectively
  6. Monitoring store strengths, opportunities, and competitor activity
  • Fashion & Trend Awareness
  • Staying updated on fashion trends, styles, and competitors
  • Ensuring the team provides product and fashion knowledge to customers
  • Team & Development
  • Managing talent recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborating with the leadership team and ensuring effective communication
  • Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution
  • Maintaining store cleanliness, visual standards, stock levels, and operational routines
  • Supporting in-store tech and price signage maintenance
  • Qualifications
