Torrid in Folsom, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fashion-focused team and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit, coach and motivate staff, manage payroll, scheduling and loss prevention, and partner with district leadership to ensure store objectives are met. A high school diploma is required; college degree is a plus and flexibility in scheduling is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of specialty/apparel retail management experience.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and strong customer focus.
• Flexible schedule and adaptability to different situations and demands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store achieves company objectives and KPI goals.
• Lead an operationally sound business with policies, shrink, payroll, reporting and scheduling.
• Recruit, develop and train top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
• Set the Torrid connection example and deliver a shopping experience that builds loyalty.
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Maintain open communication with District Manager and HQ.
