Catalyst Brands, which includes Aéropostale, is seeking a Store Manager (Specialty) to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will hire, train, and coach associates, drive sales, and manage store operations to achieve profitability.

The role emphasizes leadership across departments, customer relationship building, and implementing effective merchandising and staffing plans to maximize results. Travel to district meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings.

Responsibilities

• Use data and market knowledge to create action plans to hit financial, customer-service and operational goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
