Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Aéropostale store and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will hire, train, and coach a team, and manage store operations to meet profitability goals.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee merchandising, scheduling, and expenses. Eligible for bonus under the Management Incentive Plan with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in apparel retail.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends; travel may be required.
