Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a capable Store Manager to lead a busy Greer location. The role starts with a five-week manager-training course with performance metrics and a strong emphasis on customer service, team development, and store performance.

You will hire and develop staff, meet sales targets, control expenses, and ensure safety and compliance, while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively motivate others
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Other duties as assigned
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff by interviewing, hiring and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
