You will analyze daily sales, meet banking, safety, and legal requirements, control expenses, assign daily tasks to keep the store clean and stocked, and deliver exceptional customer service while resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
