Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Store Manager in Denton, TX to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage staff, implement training, and ensure compliance with company standards.

The role includes a 5-week manager-training course, and benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and advancement opportunities. Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Maintain a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet theirs.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
