Paycom - ATS is seeking a Store Manager in Griffith, IN to lead daily store operations, drive customer satisfaction, and oversee staffing and inventory. You will report to the District Manager and focus on maintaining an efficient, welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong leadership and communication skills to ensure store profitability and smooth processes across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or ability to obtain through The Excel Center).
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and team management skills with ability to motivate staff and hold them accountable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with staff, customers and management.
• Solid understanding of sales, budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management to ensure store profitability.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and retail software.
• Ability to resolve customer issues professionally and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills to manage operations efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, and manage staff while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Oversee and manage all operational processes within the store for smooth day-to-day activities.
• Communicate with the District Manager regarding issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Supervise and manage stock procedures.
• Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks.
