Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Anderson, SC is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy tanning salon. You will oversee staff, hire and develop employees, ensure exceptional customer service, analyze daily sales, and manage expenses after completing a 5-week manager-training course.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience and ability to motivate others.
• Stand, bend and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Provide a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help staff meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales and control expenses.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
