Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities as described below.
• Ability to supervise and train employees in the use of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including report analysis, inventory and cash control, and counseling notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stock levels, organization, and appearance.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff and supervisors.
• Schedule staff to optimize customer service and site image.

Site Relationships

Organizing and Planning

• Develop action plans to meet site objectives.
• Maintain site files and manuals.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage merchandise display, pricing, and stock levels.
• Post employment-related notices visibly.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget, forecast, and manage merchandise margins.
• Safeguard financial transactions.
• Perform financial analyses to improve sales and profits.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work with outdoor tasks like cleaning.
• Occasional exposure to cold temperatures, noise.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
