Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the store (front-end and pharmacy) under the Store Manager.
• Lead and shadow the Store Manager to develop proficiency across store operations.
• Manage customer experience, resolve complaints, and coach staff to improve service metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws, including loss prevention and safety.
