Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Slidell, Louisiana to support store operations at Panda Express. You will assist with hiring, directing associates, and driving performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program and have opportunities for growth into management roles within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs.
