Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, budgeting, and safeguarding cash practices, with daily collaboration with suppliers and management. A High School diploma or GED and retail experience are preferred, with strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience performing essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment/tools used by CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computers for reports, inventory, cash control, notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to maintain a clean, stocked, organized site.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and uphold site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management when hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separating employees.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safe, positive public image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals; provide feedback.
• Train staff on safety procedures and marketing execution.
• Ensure timely and clear communication with all employees; hold meetings with Market Manager.
• Organize site files; manage reports and merchandise presentation.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses; manage margins; safeguard money.
