• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
