Job summary

Circle K in Simpsonville, SC seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain store standards. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a clean, well-stocked site in line with company policies.

You will recruit and train employees, manage schedules, handle cash and reporting, oversee inventory, and collaborate with suppliers while upholding safety and community relations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties described.
• Ability to supervise and train using equipment per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to bank/meetings.
• Must communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean and stocked.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees per guidelines to maximize service.

• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees on customer service, site image and safety.
• Communicate effectively and hold regular meetings.
• Organize files, manage reports, and ensure posters are displayed.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses; forecast P&L; manage margins.
• Safeguard cash handling and disbursement.
• Perform other financial analyses to maximize profits.
