Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory/cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to bank/meetings.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep site clean, stocked, and compliant with company standards.
• Maintain professional image; schedule employees within guidelines.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices during hiring/training/counseling.
• Develop supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Train staff on safety procedures and ensure site safety standards.
• Organize and maintain site files, reports, and communications.
