Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth through training on operations and merchandising.
• Oversee and delegate store activities for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
