You’ll receive on-the-job training to run the profitable operations of your assigned store, focusing on merchandising, placement, and inviting signage that makes customers feel welcome. Key duties include recruiting and hiring associates, coaching teams, overseeing daily operations, enforcing policies, and executing directives from corporate HQ to maximize profit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development through training on operations and merchandising.
• Oversee and delegate store activities for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
