Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training in North Reading, MA to lead and develop store teams while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll train on merchandising, operations, and signage to create an inviting, high-performing store environment.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, oversee daily operations, ensure policy compliance, and drive profitability. A quarterly bonus awaits high performers in this fast-paced, team-driven role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties with/without accommodation.
• Quarterly bonus is available upon meeting performance goals.
