Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising by staging, stocking and pricing merchandise and using fixtures, signs and pricing.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and conduct inventories.
• Follow prescribed ordering to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Operate store in store manager’s absence and participate in openings/closings.
• Ensure cash controls and safe handling of company funds.
