You will recruit and coach associates, oversee daily operations, and implement corporate directives while maintaining compliance and safety. A high-energy, customer-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks as needed.
