Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet physical demands with/without accommodation.
