Qualifications

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Train new team members assigned to him or her.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks.
• Support store manager by working with the assistant management team ensuring safety compliance.
• Make sales calls with/without store manager.
• Ensure staff is keeping store/HUB store neat, clean and organized at all times.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately

Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
