Qualifications
Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Responsibilities
Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
Train new team members assigned to him or her.
Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks.
Support store manager by working with the assistant management team ensuring safety compliance.
Make sales calls with/without store manager.
Ensure staff is keeping store/HUB store neat, clean and organized at all times.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
