Job summary

Team Car Care is seeking a Manager in Training in Montgomeryville, PA to lead and develop store teammates, overseeing training, scheduling, attendance, safety and policy adherence. This role blends hands-on coaching with store operations to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience required.
• Experience with profit & loss centers preferred.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication with customers and team at all levels.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store finances with sales, inventory controls, and P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team through recruiting and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage for business needs.
• Set example for guest service and resolve guest complaints appropriately.
• Ensure building, equipment, and grounds are well maintained.
