The successful candidate will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage inventories and reports, and maintain a safe, presentable store environment in alignment with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment and materials as per CSR/ASM.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and maintain site image per company guidelines.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Train employees on safety procedures and customer service.
• Organize files and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and safe operations.
