Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM roles.
• Computer skills for reports, inventory, cash handling and counseling notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Promote safe, professional public image within the community.
• Train employees on safety procedures and Company standards.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
