Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to learn end-to-end store operations, including budgeting, merchandising, safety, and daily workflows. You will collaborate with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations across districts to translate the store strategy into action.

During training, you will build a customer-centric culture aligned with the PGA TOUR Superstore mission, coaching teams and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in sales, management, or people development.
• College degree preferred.
• G.E.D. or high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a confident, knowledgeable team delivering a differentiated customer experience.
• Listen to and respond to internal and external customers; build relationships.
• Drive change to improve customer experience using feedback to coach teams.
• Inspect store pages for accuracy to prevent misinformation.
• Manage appearance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the retail space and equipment.
• Execute the strategic plan to drive sales and profitability via data and actions.
