Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Sun Valley, CA. You will participate in on-the-job training to learn profitable store operations, merchandising, and display techniques to create an inviting customer environment.

Key duties include recruiting staff, coaching across operations, ensuring compliance, and driving store profits while delivering exceptional service to customers and associates.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Oversee daily operations and delegate store activities.
• Ensure merchandising, placement and signage meet standards.
• Enforce policies, procedures and comply with laws.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
