Dollar Tree in Enfield, CT is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn how to lead store operations, merchandising, and customer service while participating in on-the-job training to drive profitability and create an inviting atmosphere for customers.

You will recruit and develop associates, oversee daily activities, ensure compliance, and uphold safety and service standards while contributing to store growth and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills; ability to work in a high-energy team environment
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and frequent lifting, standing, and walking with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve our customers
• Foster growth and development of associates through training and coaching
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations
