Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store with a focus on guest satisfaction and financial goals. You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing of associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
