Panda Restaurant Group in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, supervise and coach team members, aiming for financial goals while maintaining quality and service standards.

A leadership training program of 3 or more weeks will prepare you for success, with opportunities to grow within our family of restaurants. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
