Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking a Store Manager in Michigan to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You’ll set execution standards, coach staff, manage merchandising, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Training with a Field Operations Manager lasts up to 90 days, after which you’ll assume full leadership of your store, building partnerships with customers and leadership to achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of management experience in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and solve problems.
• Comfort using mobile tech and workforce management systems.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel between stores.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations for outstanding execution.
• Plan daily priorities, delegate tasks, ensure completion.
