• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers
• Foster growth and development through training on operations and merchandising
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Implement directives from corporate headquarters
